Who we are
Lovezun is a loan-matching website operated by Lovezun, LLC, 2280 Bechelli Ln, Redding, CA 96002, United States. Lovezun is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Contact us at contact@lovezun.com.
Information you provide
The matching form asks for requested loan amount, loan purpose, first name, last name, email address and phone number. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank or card details, passwords, medical records or other documents. Selecting “Medical expenses” does not require medical details.
How information is used
We use the completed form to process your request and look for an available partner. A requested amount or purpose is not an approved amount or a credit decision. Lovezun does not use your email address or phone number for marketing calls, texts or emails.
Who receives information
Your completed request is processed by the matching system. Lovezun does not directly send the form to lenders. If no match is found, the search ends without forwarding the request to another network. Technical providers may process information to operate the website, matching, attribution and security services.
Advertising measurement
When enabled and permitted, optional advertising tools may use contact identifiers and limited website-event data for measurement. Loan amount, loan purpose, health or credit details, and match outcomes are not included in Meta CAPI context. Use Privacy Choices to manage optional advertising measurement.
Retention and security
Matching-form records are normally deleted from Lovezun’s active database within approximately 24 hours after matching completes. A stated maximum retention limit of ten years from the last interaction is not the normal retention period for form records. Other systems, legal requirements and provider copies may follow different verified schedules. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may choose not to submit the form. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain information and to opt out of certain advertising uses. Email contact@lovezun.com for assistance. Do not email an identity document unless we provide a secure method.
Adults and updates
The service is intended for adults age 18 or older who may lawfully use it where they live. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change.
